8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The Green Tree Hotel is right in the centre of Peebles. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a good standard.
Although the room and facilities were clean, it is tired.
5 / 10·oct. 2026
Clean, staff were friendly, bed was good and breakfast was OK
We were in the attic, stair carpet was old and bare in places, windows would not open and caused a lot of condensation plumbing in the toilet was old and it took ages for the hot water to run through the tap
Overall although the room was clean it was very dated
