The staff are so helpful and nice reception staff are amazing illiana Alistair med gulsha they are all very helpful amazing manager who runs the place very clean great facilities

The room was nice and the beds comfortable. Very good location, within walking distance to the city centre.
One of the beds wasn't made when we arrived, we had to go back to reception to get it sorted. The soap bottles were not full and as we were 3 guests we ran out. I don't think the room had been thoroughly cleaned as we found a lot of hairs in the bathroom...
Also you have to pay to keep your bags at reception and I found it quite expensive.
