The appartment is really nice: beautiful decorated, well equiped, convenient private parking (close-by) and excellent location.

Communications prior to out stay were quite chaotic: many rather similar (but slightly different) messages through divers channels, such as: email, sms, whatsapp, phone and online forms. This could really improve. However, during our stay communications in-person with reception were really good! The parking garage of the apartment is rather challenging to get in and out: our BMW X5 (but any SUV) barly made the turn downwards into the garage: <3cm margin at both sides of the car.

The location is great, in amongst it but not too noisy. Fantastic newly renovated and spacious apartment. Close to Metro, cafes, Sacre Coeur, supermarkets etc. Very well set up and equipped kitchen.

The television didn't allow you to log in to Netflix and the English speaking channels were playing up. The staff did their best to fix the issue but it required a reboot which didn't happen whilst we were there. One night (11pm) the access door to get to our floor was locked and we didn't have a code and the emergency contact number was off. Luckily another person staying there (who was also locked out) was able to contact a family member to come and let us in or we would have had to sleep in the lobby. The staff gave us the code to the door (a fire door which isn't usually shut) the next day and promised to address this oversight for future visitors. Both of these issues can and likely will be resolved so don't let it put you off.

Loved that there was air conditioning and it was spacious

The washing machine should have come with more instructions and detergent. The power in the bathroom also went out of you had certain other lights on in the apartment.
