The price!
The hot water is only if it’s sunny. On evenings and mornings, you don’t have hot water.
In the bathroom there was an bad odour.

Domaćini izuzetno gostoljibivi, dostupni za sve. Preporučili su nam najbolje iz kraja.

It was really nice. Bedroom was pretty comfortable but in the living room it was quite uncomfortable to sleep for a longer period of time. The kitchen had only 2 chairs. Also the balcony is not connected to the apartment but one floor down. But for the price it was amazing! The location like the town is not ideal but close by beaches are great, they are 20-25 minutes away.

The price is very attractive. You basically get what you pay for.
There is no privacy. Doors to the bathroom can't be closed. The doors to the bedroom are too thin and can't be closed as there is no AC in the bedroom.
It's not an apartment issue but there is no beach in the village.

"Despiona is a wonderful host we couldn't wish for better one. The apartment is ok - we don't have high expectations and we are not needy so we had a pleasant stay and nothing bothered us. Nea Michanio..."
