This villa is big and nice. Everything was really comfortable, with small garden and perfect for relaxing.

The property was clean, tidy, spacious, well equipped, and acceptable for a short break for a couple. It was in a quiet residential area, just a few streets back from the sea, a short walk from a very good supermarket in one direction, and plenty of restaurants and cafes, and the town centre in the other direction. There was a very beautiful church in the centre of the town, which was well worth a short visit. The air conditioning worked well downstairs, and in both bedrooms, and was much appreciated. There was no parking "on site", but had we hired a car, it would have been possible to park on the road outside. The town had a lot of character, with a harbour with lots of fishing boats, but also a large fish processing factory, and the nearest dustbins smelt of fish as you walked along the coast to the restaurants. Beyond the harbour was a small stretch of beach. Towards the end of our stay, we found the local baker. Wow. We popped in there to buy yummy cakes on our way back from dinner...

However, the description was misleading. The property had its own private entrance, but it was neither luxurious or a detached villa. It was on three floors at the end of a building. The top floor roof terrace looked like it has not been used recently, and the staircase was very rusty. There was only one sun lounger, and no extra towels were provided for sunbathing. The downstairs toilet with wash hand basin led off from the kitchen. There was only one bathroom, and no sign of a hot tub, as specified. The corner bath had a shower over, but it was not a jacuzzi. The bathroom door did not shut properly. There was no folder with local information or instructions for appliances. Although a dishwasher was not specified, there was a broken one in place in the kitchen. It might be an idea to either remove it or install a new one. There was a staircase leading to the front door with no handrail, and there was only a partial handrail on the inside staircase, so the property would not be suitable for older, disabled people, or very young children.
