I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Amsterdam City. The hotel has a modern atmosphere, comfortable rooms and a convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was pleasant. I particularly appreciated the comfort and the quality of the services provided.
Overall, I had a positive experience. However, there is always room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the value for money and the overall guest experience.

Staff was really friendly and room was very comfortable

Everything was fine, nothing of note, either good or bad. The room was a good size, and the location was good for easily getting in the the centre of the city, either on foot, by public transport or via Uber.
I expected a little more from this venue after reading online about the chain and its willingness to go above and beyond. Sadly, did not experience this in any way, other than one friendly member of the bar staff who took the time to ask me why I was there, and then provide me with suggestions on where to visit, along with a map.
