Iberostar Selection Albufera Park All Inclusive

We are usually a couple who, in the past, would have preferred backpacking rather than staying in an all-inclusive hotel. But I have to admit this was an absolutely wonderful stay for the kids (and, by extension, for us). The food is quite good for a buffet. The three à la carte restaurants had excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The beach is truly amazing. Staying in October, I enjoyed several 7:30 runs on the beach with breathtaking sunrises. Kids clubs and activities The highlight of the stay was truly the kids' club. The team was absolutely amazing, and my 4.5-year-old constantly wanted to go there, and this despite being the only non-German-speaking kid. The staff made him feel welcome and included at all times, with a great variety of activities that kept him entertained throughout the day. Beyond the club itself, the hotel offers a nice range of activities for children, both during the day and in the evening. Our son enjoyed it so much that we barely saw him, which gave us some very welcome time to relax. For families with young children, this is definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel. The only downside for some would be the mostly German crowd (80%+ the week we were there), mainly because the other kids were mostly German-speaking. Other than that, we found everyone very respectful, and the clientele was truly enjoyable (even the buffet stayed clean, which is not always the case depending on the clientele). Hence, we would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Frankly, not much to criticise. Food at the buffer was not always top notch but was usually very decent (with great choice) for a buffer

Buffets, restaurants, animations, activités, accueil, chambre, tout est parfait!

Seul petit bémol, les piscines sont très froides…

Staff is excellent, very attentive and all facilities are very clean. Especially suitable for families traveling with kids from all ages. During meal times there are staff walking around to clean around the tables where babies/toddlers sit as they tend to drop food. Everyone is very very friendly we had a great stay. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids

Buffet has a lot of variety but quality/taste is not super good

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Quite dirty and run down. The pool had a very yellow ring around it and the ground could have been kept cleaner. The glasses were normally always dirty as well as the plates and silverware.
