Fincahotel Treurer - Olive Grove & Grand House - Adults Only

I never give a ten in my reviews but I just couldn´t find anything to dislike about this lovely property. The room was extremely spacious, the bed very comfortable, temperature controls very easy to work, as the weather was still warm although changeable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to assist us in anything we wanted. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and I loved the use of local produce including local wines and obviously their own delicious olive oil. The setting is idyllic and I was tempted to just sit and admire the view of the olive groves. I was seriously questioning whether this was the best boutique hotel I had ever stayed at and there have been a lot! Extremely happy with our visit and would happily recommend this very peaceful adults only hotel.

Very minor issues, the mosquitoes really had a feast on me but not the hotels fault, mine for not bringing any spray, a warning to others. I am not a fan of open plan bathrooms and although the toilet was in a separate room, it still would have been better in my opinion to have some sliding doors blocking it all off but this is a design preference. A little more closet space would have good and maybe some drawers if you were staying for longer than a few days.

Wow! C’était juste incroyable comme expérience du début à la fin ! Laura a été merveilleuse avec toute l’équipe !! On se sent comme chez une famille ultra accueillante ! Le paysage est époustouflant ! Les chambres sont merveilleuses ! On avait la chambre cossiers ma femme et moi et WoW !!!!! La piscine est incroyable avec le vu sur le vallée de Randa Le petit déjeuner est aussi succulent Sérieux, c’est vraiment un endroit à aller je vous remercie de cette expérience mémorable !

J'ai tout aimé: de la chambre parfaite, à l'environnement au milieu des oliviers, la qualité exceptionnelle du service, la qualité des plats servis. Un séjour fantastique !

The property was in a great location Very serene and was perfect for a resting and relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean and a good size. There was no staff when we arrived

The temperature in the hotel is centrally controlled, which unfortunately caused significant issues during our stay. On the first day we arrived, the room was far too cold and the only solution offered was portable radiators. Then, over the following days, the rooms were fixed at 24°C and we were unable to switch to air conditioning even when the weather became warmer. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly for two consecutive nights and eventually had to request a fan. Despite complaining, the only response offered was an apology and the suggestion that the fan itself was compensation. This was extremely disappointing given the cost of the hotel and the standard we expected. The lack of proper temperature control greatly affected my experience and honestly ruined a large part of the trip for me. I was so exhausted from the lack of sleep that I even missed breakfast for two mornings. Overall, this issue was handled very poorly and significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay.
