Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, l’hôtel est magnifique, propre avec une vue splendide, la villa que nous avions réservée était parfaite, au calme avec une piscine privée et vue sur la mer, le personnel était extrêmement gentil je les remercie chaleureusement pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité nous n’avons manqué de rien, nous étions avec nos deux enfants et avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à Alexia à la réception et aux serveuses et le barman, ils étaient tous adorables.

Property was excellent! We had private pool, where we can swim all the time! Villa had two flors, everything was perfect. Parking was beside villa! 5 stars property!

Overall: 3–4 stars, but definitely not a 5-star experience Unfortunately, our experience did not match the standards we would expect from a 5-star hotel. The main issue was the service, which was consistently slow, disorganized and, in several cases, simply unprofessional. 1. Service – 2/10 The service was by far the weakest part of our stay. Breakfast: Instead of a regular buffet, the hotel uses a menu-based concept. This can work well if it is organized properly, but unfortunately it was not. After choosing our items from the menu, only around 60–70% of what we ordered actually arrived. We repeatedly had to remind the staff about missing items or correct mistakes. We heard the same complaint from other guests. For example, I had to ask for the menu to order my omelet approximately 20 minutes after sitting down. In total, it took around 60 minutes from the time we sat down until our family received all of our breakfast items. This meant that we effectively lost about an hour simply waiting for breakfast to be completed. Another issue was communication. The staff member delivering the food had very limited English and seemed unsure about which dishes he was delivering. Almost every request was answered with “Yes, yes, yes”, but unfortunately this often had no practical result. Housekeeping and towels: The rooms were not cleaned consistently every day. On several occasions, we had to specifically ask the staff to clean the room and replace the towels. In some cases, this required several reminders. For a hotel presenting itself as 5-star, this should be a standard service rather than something guests need to repeatedly request. Shower: One of the two sliding shower doors was missing, apparently due to previous damage. As a result, water regularly spilled onto the bathroom floor. This is something that should have been repaired before the room was offered to guests. Kitchen: The kitchenette itself is nicely equipped with a good selection of cooking utensils.
