The location of Condesa hotel is just perfect, the food was absolutely amazing, big choice, very clean restaurant and bars, lovely evening entertainment with large seating area. Good choice of drinks too. All staff very friendly, fast service. Beautiful decoration in the restaurant changed daly.
We didn’t like a couple of things in the room. First is wardrobe with no doors(you hang your clothes on the hangers on the poole and room looks a bit messy) and second the make up little table and chair don’t have a mirror against it and this is very important for a woman, despite there is a full size mirror on the wall near the door.Despite this two issues we had a very nice stay and we’ll be coming back.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to a beautiful, long sandy beach. Free sun loungers are available in the hotel garden, just steps away from the beach. There is also a bus stop nearby, and plenty of restaurants and fast-food options within a 3-minute walk.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Wi-Fi worked well.
The food was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety of options, especially at dinner.
We were initially given a room overlooking the children's pool, although we had booked a side sea view. After I requested a change at reception, the staff kindly offered us another room in a much better location, with a lovely side sea view, although the room itself seemed a bit older. The rooms could use some updating, as the furniture was worn and the bathroom wasn't very practical, especially the sink and tap.
The TV only offered a limited selection of local channels.

The hotel is fantastic, and the location is perfect—right by the sea. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We recommend it wholeheartedly and hope to return😊🩵☀️

Great staff and location
Horrible food, crowdness (not enough sunbeds), noisy (gap under the door), ni normal AC, no quality drinks for example wine/champagen
