C’est très bien décoré, le buffet est bon. Une excellente adresse.

Quelques fois la musique un peu fort jusqu’à 22h30. Les enfants ne pouvaient pas dormir.

Very central. Very close to the beach. Easy to take buses to other town. There is also a bus go directly to the airport. Very convenient.

I liked very much their garden, was full of palm trees and exotic plants. The animals in the garden were very attractive for our daughter. The kids play ground was nice amd they were very well attended by their staff. Very nice people entertaining kids.

The food wasn’t that great. We had half board but I would recomend just breakfast and eating out for dinner. The room was very spacious but I didn’t like the furniture. The bed was confortable enough.

The variety and quality of the breakfast was really good. The reception area is modern and with a nice interior including shaded comfy beds looking out towards the pool.

We had a disaster on the first night. We were put in a mould infested room that stunk of damp and had mould visibly up the walls. Upon requesting to be moved the hotel said there was nothing they could do until the next night. I have an allergy and the small time I spent in the room made me unwell for the first two days. I showed them my prescription and had to sleep outside for the night and despite telling hotel staff I’d have to do this they just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. I told them I wouldn’t be paying for the night if I had to sleep outside and the person on duty agreed in the moment. But the next day I was told I had to pay for the room and had an envelope with a free drink voucher (bottled beer, house wine or soft drink) left by my door. The vouchers were returned. The customer service here was so poor and it’s more of a reflection on management than on the cleaning staff, who seemed to hold high standards when we were moved rooms the next night. A few other minor annoyances: - the sink is in the bedroom and not the bathroom, which is not clear in the pictures. - There is not enough wardrobe space for a beach stay - there are five hangers on an open rack which is more suitable for a city hotel. - Despite other areas of the hotel being air conditioned the gym never had their air con on which made it incredibly hot. The above is a shame as it’s all very avoidable and if fixed the stay would have been ok. Management need to do better.
