Very friendly young ladies at the reception desk and very helpfull young men in the restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food was very good and in the evening it was a very cosy place to be with good music, good food and good service.
Taking the bus across the road to the Brommaplan station in 5min, then the train into the city in 20min was ideal, and for only approx € 7 return.
Parking at the hotel was also easy @ € 25 per day.
It is a very big hotel so the breakfast sessions were crazy because of the number of people present. There was however a good diversity in food but it was far to massive.
The cleaning of our room was not up to standard. We had requested it be cleaned after two nights there. The shower floor was still wet from our shower and the dirty dushes were not removed. It had been fixed in I would say 5 min max!.

L’hôtel était situé dans un quartier bien desservi par le transport en commun ce qui rendait la mobilité tranquille.

I had a good stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my visit. I especially liked how convenient the transportation options were nearby, making it easy to get around Stockholm even though the hotel is a little farther from the city center.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. On several occasions, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, which was a little unpleasant. Also, the room became quite warm at night, especially after warm days, and it made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. It might be helpful to have a fan available in each room, particularly during the warmer months.
