The staff at the reception are very friendly and very helpful. Top !
The breakfast room (on the first day) was messy and dirty, the manager was chatting with personel and denied our presence, not even an "Hello". The parking below is convenient, it is from a private company and very expensive, and these costs aren't shared with the hotel. There is no free parking space near the hotel, or you should walk about 3 km... If you are not familiar with the city, the route (from the and to the highway) to the Hotel is changed and complicated. Everywhere camera's to catch you if you do something wrong (min. 58 EUR). Be aware.

Great location. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a relatively short walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again but did notice that prices vary pending on booking seasons.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent (très proche du centre-ville). Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.
Si vous venez en voiture, l'accès et le départ sont difficiles, et le stationnement est très coûteux.

Excellent location lovely clean rooms
Upon check in we were charged £282 extra incase we had breakfast at the property without any prior explanation. Being told this would be refunded at the end of the trip if not used on extras. Key card deactivated due to non payment of city tax which we were made to pay even though this was already included in the booking.
