I never make the effort for reviews but this was worth it: Staff, cleanliness of rooms, facilities, pools, food/breakfast everything was 5 star. The design of the hotel and the pools dotted around the venue was perfect too.
Very hard to provide some negative feedback, my only thing would be to provide slightly better gym machine options such as a free-bar with weights.

Everything was perfect.
If we had more time at this wonderful resort

The beach is beautiful and much nicer than Bophut. The hotel is situated right on the beach. The hotel is visually very beautiful notably the lobby and general design. The rooms are gorgeous and ours, in one of the many main buildings, was very spacious allowing a separate room for a teen on a rollaway and a balcony, a dining table- the room was great. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The pool in the late afternoon looking out on the beach was really beautiful and the water in this spot is lovely.
The pool situation didn’t meet expectations and the impression from the marketing. The lagoon snakes around the rooms but is very shaded and they’re clearly working double time to keep it clean and to manage other smells around the property. The other main pool is beautiful but very shallow. There are mattress things around but the corollary was an overall “damp” feeling. The place is massive so your room can be quite far from either breakfast or the pool, down stairs and meandering trails. If you have older guests or accessibility issues do a lot of homework on where your room is. The “level” thing is a gimmick, considering the room price- it’s like a budget airline lounge next to the pool with a faux VIP aura. but some families were maximising the “free” snacks and drinks and it would serve extended families well. As everywhere in Samui now you choose between hotels and restaurants on the beach with over priced food or going up to the main road.

Good breakfast and coffee. The room was clean.
Boat Suite. The room was old and needs renovation, and the bathroom AC did not cool, only circulated air. Only one restaurant, with disappointing and overpriced food.
At check-out, the host offered a taxi at around 20–30% above the regular rate. We declined, but were asked 2–3 times to reconsider.
Overall, not the experience we expected.
