Hyatt Regency Koh Samui

We loved the peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere, beautiful beach, and magnificent pools. The restaurants were excellent, and the friendly, professional staff helped us plan our activities and attractions throughout the week.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui and were especially impressed by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the team. Our daughter had celebrated her 6th birthday just a few days before our stay, and the staff noticed the birthday balloon she had brought with her. Completely on their own initiative, they surprised her by beautifully decorating our room. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and she was absolutely delighted. We also celebrated my husband’s 43rd birthday during our stay, and once again the team went out of their way to make it special. They surprised him with a birthday cake at breakfast, along with a lovely family Polaroid photo, and later prepared another beautiful birthday arrangement in our room. Beyond these lovely surprises, we genuinely enjoyed our entire stay. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our time here. It’s these thoughtful details and genuine attention to guests that make a stay truly memorable. A big thank you to the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui team for making our family celebrations — and our stay as a whole — feel so special. We would be very happy to return!

Our only small regret is that we didn’t know in advance about the option to book an all-inclusive package. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen it, as it would have been perfect for our stay.

The family rooms are big clean and comfortable, the hotel is beautiful . Breakfast was great !

There isn’t a Jacuzi on the property, the pools are smaller then they appear in the pictures
