Hotel Ciputra Jakarta

It was a big place with lots of amenities like swimming pool and gym and attached to a massive mall with a food court. Kids enjoyed the experience.

It’s a little tired but I also think that’s part of its charm. The traffic to get there from the airport was quite overwhelming but the trips back to the airport were much quicker.

The hotelroom is outdated and in dire need of an update. There’s mold in the bathroom (around/in the sink, toilet, on the ceiling and walls). The water kept running from the bathtub and also from the handle of the toilet (Where the water touches after dripping it’s orange so it’s been like this for while). The room itself was nice but the carpet needs a good thorough cleaning, the closets need some repair here and there, … The bed however was big and comfy. The hotel itself is big and has alot of facilities. The staff is super friendly and helpfull and the location of the hotel is next to a shopping mall

Lots of choices, but taste could be better.

TV. Sound is either off or at a fixed volume. Cannot be turned up or down. No cable tv.

staff were friendly, pool was nice but bar/restaurant facilities there were under rennovation, breakfast buffet was good selection and quality.

black mold on the grout in my shower, almost no hot water so having a cool shower, towels in the bathroom unpleasant and cheap (even the towels by the pool were nicer). the lifts were difficult to use, sometimes they would recognise my card, sometimes not.. and when you try press your floor they often dont work but light up other floors instead.
