Hotel and staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Room service is exceptional. Central park mall is connected to the hotel has everything -Money exchange, jakarta aquarium, classic restaurants,fun world and most other requirements tourist can look for. This is the 4th time staying in pullman. I had exceptional experience as usual.

Good breakfast spread. Lots of options international and local.
Location next to a mall which gives additional dining options
Comfortable bed
The room layout with the open toilet concept.
Furnishings and fittings felt old and due for a refresh. I stayed at the hotel 10 years ago, and the difference is marked.
Breakfast buffet staff needs more people to handle the drink orders.
My room faced a block of apartments which meant the blinds have to be drawn all the time.
