The location is ideal, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Private pool plus access to huge pool.

Staff were so friendly and were there to assist all the time
The Bali water is horrible, make sure you don't drink the water.
Initially when we arrive at resort the place looked in shamble the we found out the are renovation the main building, reception, gym. Should be finished Oct 27.
The test of the resort is lovely

The location was right on the beach.
Arranged airport transfer arriving at 10:30pm and nobody picked us up. When I rang the hotel they just hung up on me and when I rang back they said no one is available to pick us up.
