Returned to Furama because of the location which is ideal. The rooms are amazing but the facilities are a little tired.
Last time I stayed at this property was 2020 and the facilities are a little tired. Restaurant area needs a full update.
When last stayed, kids could stay in Waka Waka like a kids club but this time and adult needed to stay in visual site which was not expected.
Seems to be ALOT of trainee staff that, although pleasant, are normally unable to answer questions without seeking advise.
Fireworks now go off on the beach constantly - not in control of hotel but I did not experience this last time I stayed - very loud.

Location excellent. Beach just over the road.
Very noicey early in the morning. Pool opened too soon and closed too late.
Deck bar very nice for drinks.
No storage in the studio rooms.
Very basic.

Some staff were rude, our fridge was broken- never got fixed.
Got told off for bringing out friends to out room.
They tried charging me for mascara on my pillow case on checkout.
Very over priced for what it is. Pool it horribly deep gor the kids, not enough pool chairs
