Excellent location, close to beach, mall and restaurants. Lovely gardens, 2 beautiful pools, friendly staff
Shower area a bit outdated, no hairdryer in room, had to ask reception

The staff were amazing. Pools very clean and grounds kept well. We had a few issues with our room and the staff sorted them out for us promptly. Very helpful.

spacious rooms, good pool, traditional decor - they gave us fresh bottled water each day, breakfast buffet was abundant with huge variety of things.
Rooms are not properly cleaned - found old sushi in the fridge on our first day and the fridge itself was dirty. Shower tiles/grout mouldy, shower head rusted with random hairs stuck to it. Basins are too high for small children (6 year old could not reach the tap) - Showers backed up and formed pools within 30 seconds of the water running (takes longer than this for the hot water to come through).
