Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Central to what we needed (Ponds Forge) very comfortable excellent facilities
Breakfast really let the hotel down. It is buffet style which is fine but the items not stocked quickly enough to meet the demand - for example egg and beans available but bacon and sausage empty then vice versa. Also coffee was awful served in paper cups - for the price would expect more.

The room is clean and spacious, with nice view over the Quay, very comfortable bed and cozy colorful led lights. The gym is well equipped and the pool not too busy, we had a nice swim. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The car park got full on Saturday. The room lighting is very dim. The steam sauna would've been much better with a drop of some essential oil.
