Location fab. Staff were great. Breakfast was fresh and hot and very tasty. Room and beds comfy and spacious.
The shower was a bit dodgy went stone cold and could not adjust after. Too many 'lights' on in the room. I like it dark

Location - great for Lyndhurst and for exploring the New a forest by bike.
The traffic outside was a bit noisy

Property was fine and easy to find
The bed was terrible didn’t sleep at all and the water pressure was very weak so toilet didn’t flush very easily. The stairs were hard work for someone with mobility issues with dangerous fire door at the very top which you couldn’t hold open easily
