Parade Hotel Bath

Super friedly staff, excellent facilities, and great breakfast

Nothing

We booked Classic room for our stay. We checked in into a clearly way smaller room than what you can see when looking at pictures of a classic room on booking or their website. When we asked stuff whether our room is classic we were told that it is. On attached images you can clearly see that our room looks exactly as “small double with a view”, which had a smaller price per night than classic. No where on the site or booking you will find a picture of a classic room that looks as small as ours. Don’t fall for their advertising, pictures are very misleading. They should update photos, otherwise this creates very disappointing experience

Great location. Excellent customer service and incredibly clean !

The only complaint about the property is that room service was incredibly slow. It took 40 minutes for two cokes to be delivered. And we also wanted to order some cocktails later in the evening to then never hear back from after the reception said the bar will phone to take our order

Good location and just right for our theatre trip. Hotel is in the throws of being refurbished it's clean and adequate and good value. Will revisit again 🙂

I like a biscuit with my cuppa!!
