Bed very comfortable
Staff welcoming & cheery
Cooked breakfast was poor.
Dried up beans & scrambled egg. Sausages & bacon appeared very underdone & lukewarm. I felt too much was laid out in one go. It was obvious I was not the only guest to have this opinion when looking at other food left on guests plates. Hot food cooked far too early & left on hotplates for too long. Hot food was replenished, however this was also lukewarm which is a big put off as wondering how long ago it had been cooked & kept 'warm' in the kitchen.

Breakfast was very good
Bathroom was very basic and with the step up made it a little dangerous, the door needed a good push to open and my friend did come flying out one of the times. Damn funny but for someone older a little dangerous.

Great place to stay if going into Coventry for a show
Staff were friendly
Love the little shower pods … wish I could have one at home! Haha.
The carpet … oh dear. Absolutely filthy.
The bed … whilst it had a mattress topper on the base of the bed was ancient.
