Everything was AMAZING!!! Beautiful facility, excellent customer service (Sou gave us great itinerary on what activities to do daily and recommended some great restaurants that we tried), best spa ever (the spa is beautiful and luxurious, the treatment was out of this world), definitely include Puro Beach when booking, breakfast was delicious and lots of choices.
The pina colada - they should teach the waiters at Puro Beach how to make it taste better. It had too much ice.

The location is perfect to all the restaurants and bars, also regardless to which room you choose both sides of the hotel have amazing views across the Marina or beach!
The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar on an evening are quite expensive, shame really as we would have loved to start our evenings off at the hotel bar or restaurant, however €42 for 2 GnT’s are a little over priced!

It was perfect from start to finish. A warm welcome from Deborah, and nice surpise for our wedding anniversary and complementary upgrade. Customer relations were also helpful. Everyone was friendly and helpful
The only negative thing was the groups of noisy English men in the pool bar area. Apart from that it was all perfect !

Location and hotel is very nice the staff are not very organised apart from the bell boys couldn’t be better.
Front of house staff very miserable and non helpful. We requested an early check in well in advance as it was my partners birthday. We eventually got our room 30 mins late so we couldn’t check in until 15:36.
