Staycity Aparthotels Dublin Augustine

All the staff were amazing everyday they greeted us with big smiles and chatted with us and answered our questions

In our room there was a boiler room which was noisy

The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great location to visit the city. We were two couples travelling together and stayed for just one night. We enjoyed the balcony, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

The noise was a downside. We were woken up during the night by people talking outside and guests arriving, as the soundproofing was not very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

- The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were kindly given a room upgrade and were also allowed to check in early and check out late, which we really appreciated. These thoughtful gestures made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! - Smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. - The facilities are modern, new and very clean. The apartment is also very spacious. - The location is very convenient. It’s a little away from Temple Bar and the city centre, but still within walking distance. It’s especially convenient to get to and from the airport by bus, with the bus stop only a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

The only small suggestion would be to provide a few basic cooking essentials, such as cooking oil, in the kitchen.

Great location near the liberties. Nice clean space , very secure making you feel safe.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until half 3. Then when we got to the apartment it was 2 single beds instead of a double which was disappointing. I would’ve thought double was standard.
