Hotel Susa

Breakfast was wholesome, lots of choices the lady in charge was extremely efficient and cheerful. Reception staff were warm and extremely helpful giving us information and booking taxis. Place was clean and comfortable. They cleaned the rooms everyday.

Room size could have been a bit bigger. Our friends got a very nice room with a small terrace, guess we were not so lucky!

The staff is really amazing. They are so helpful and kind. The breakfast was fine. The cafe latte is really good. The location is very convenient. It’s a 45 min walk to El Duomo and next to the metro

The noise is awful. I was facing the street. You can also hear the person next door talking or snoring. Terrible acústica.

This place was as advertised, convenient and exactly what we wanted. The location was fantastic. So easy and quick to get to from the airport on the Metro, even with 2 big suitcases. The neighborhood was safe and walkable and it was the perfect jumping off point to explore the city using transit. Checkin was so easy and the front desk was kind, courteous and helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready yet, so they took our bags for us so we could go out for coffee and a bite to eat, and when we returned our luggage was already in the room waiting for us and they just handed us the keys. Couldn’t have been better. The room was larger than I expected, which was good with some bigger pieces of luggage. The bed was about the size of a king sized bed, and the bathroom was well appointed and everything worked great. Hot water was HOT. The room was very clean. AC worked just fine.

The hotel is on a busier street, so there was some noise at night. But nothing out of the ordinary for a big city. The bed was on the firmer side but nothing unusual for Italy.
