The location in the centre of Potsdam old town is perfect. Excellent value for money. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Quiet location.
All good

This was an excellent hotel pick for me. I travelled with my 2 dogs and the hotel is very dog friendly. I was delighted to find out that my room had a small yard which was lovely for my dogs to roam around while I rested. Breakfast was good too. Great service from staff. I had dinner at the steakhouse next door with my dogs and I was very happy with the service and food too. It is 3 blocks away from San Souci Park which was a bonus and we spent a lovely there day too.

location
I thought I had booked a 3 star hotel room.
The room was obviously in the Zimmer above the restaurant. We had to walk out of the reception to the back of the building into the car park find the entrance to the staircase to access our room.
The curtains didn’t cover the windows properly and the morning light was blinding. Noise from the other rooms was obvious. Breakfast was limited and staff not helpful. I would never stay here again.
