- Newly furnished hotel with nice amenities for an overall fair price (according to switzerland).
- The location was quite good as it was only a 5min walk to the tram station 'central'
- I couldnt regulate the room temperature, even if you have an AC control in your room, my room was constantly cold when I would have liked to heat it up a bit.
- not a "classic" reception. There are receptionists available to help you do the online check in. It's a matter of taste, but personally I prefer having a standard check-in and receiving a keycard etc.

Exactly as described, clean and all facilities and good order and well maintained.
We had one of the ground floor rooms that had a continuous faint humming from the air vents.

The room was well appointed-nice bathroom, the self-check-in was straight forward.
The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable from North American standards, the mini fridge did not work our entire stay (and it was a reason we booked this hotel!), and I received a scam Whatsapp message prior to checking in from "Christine Schmidt"(Google it-a well known scam) with our hotel stay dates as well as an scam email after our stay about our upcoming stay-be aware!
