Very good breakfast, with a nice view and well organized service. Great views, nice swimming pool and outdoor and indoor parking :)
Coffe in the breakfast could be a bit better, and an omelette :) Overall 4.5 out of 5.0

I liked everything about the property

Location was great ! Close to the train station and bus station.
We had a family room, used with my senior parents and with my husband. All of us slept comfortable and the room setup was good enough for four adults, worked really well especially needing to communicate with my senior parents often, but we could close the door and have them completely separate, including having the separate entrance and two sinks are great.
Service was topnotch. The private pick up/drop off from train station was better than 5 star hotel !
Spa area was a bit confusing to use. Looked nice though

Very ornate and opulent feel. Great location and accommodating staff.
The room I had wasn’t great. It was good sizing but felt like something out of communist Russia. Horrific red carpet and the furniture must have also been from a similar era. Real shame as the hotel looked great elsewhere and the location was good.

"La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Il est vraiment au centre de Pontresina. Le personnel a été très accueillant et attentif lors de notre séjour. Le coin Spa est très beau et bien aménagé."
