Hotel Maistra 160

The room had an amazing natural wood scent, the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The wellness area was also very comfortable and relaxing.

Unfortunately, there is one disappointing aspect of our stay that I would like to mention. We booked our stay to celebrate our honeymoon, and although we informed the hotel about this by email in advance, no one from the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant staff congratulated us. My wife’s wedding dress and flowers were also clearly visible in our room. I wasn’t expecting anything special or extravagant, but in a hotel of this quality, I would have appreciated a small personal touch. Even a simple handwritten note left in our room after housekeeping would have made us feel recognised and made our honeymoon stay even more memorable. It’s often the little details that make a stay truly special, and I believe this is an area where the hotel could improve.

War sehr gutes Essen. Sehr nettes Personal.

New hotel by ETH Professor Caminada. Beautiful room with Arve wood with a sensationnal smell. Very good breakfast with regional products. Kärcher high pressure cleaning machine in tne garage was great to clean our Racing car 😍 Vincenz at the reception was very good and came with good ideas for us.
