Avis et évaluations

Although the hotel is located far away from the heart of Lucerne, there are frequent buses running to town and back. Our room overlooking Lake Lucerne and Mt. Pilatus was stunning. The staff were extremely attentive and eager to assist with our inquiries. Wonderful breakfast was a plus.
Can’t think of any.

Front desk staff was outstanding, friendly and professional. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job.
Breakfast was good one day and the remaining days the food was cold if there was any. Ran out of food both days. No glasses for water or orange juice. Really poor representation of an outstanding facility.
