The hotel was comfortable and in a convenient location, staff were polite and helpful. The convenience of switching between Line 1 and Line 11 on the Shenzhen Metro was a big plus combined with a good quality hotel.
The facilities were well maintained and clean but aging. The hand held shower nozzle is placed at a strange angle where it would spray water completely straight and not angled down like a conventional shower nozzle, making showering slightly awkward.

Nice location and view of the surrounding area.
Smoky smell in the room, breakfast was not at 5 star level and pool was closed 9-5 without prior notice.
