The location of this hotel was excellent and beyond expectations. The vibe of the hotel was amazing and the staff, particularly on the front desk, were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Salzburg

Exceptional location, super-professional staff, wonderful ambience. And we loved the spaciousness of our apartment. Dinner in restaurant was delicious too with very friendly staff. We've already recommended Stadtkrug to others.
Would have been nice to have someone help with the suitcases to/from apartment. Simply because there were the stairs to navigate.

Location to Old Town, shops and restaurants. The hotel was historic but modern and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing and staff terrific. Rooms are very small. We had a room without AC. NEVER book a non AC room in summer. It was so hot and the fan they gave us kept shutting off. This is an OLD hotel. Lots of character but very small and many steps. Very difficult and confusing parking.
Parking and even finding the hotel was hard. The rooms were very very small. DO NOT get a non AC room in summer. We literally barely slept. This is a very expensive hotels and the rooms and amenities did not match the price
