Fabulous location in Old Town of Innsbruck & near river. Everything within walking distance & about 20mins walk from Train Station to hotel. Hotel Goldener Adler has lots of old world charm a very nice restaurant/bar & friendly staff. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel & we loved Innsbruck 🫶

Great location.
The mattress (in a single room) had a problem. This should have already been fixed, but they changed my room without any issue.

The hotel is in excellent location.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and spacious enough for 1 person
There are no cover sheets. There is only a heavy doona which it totally wrong for this time of year.
There is no aircon, not even a fan. Window cannot be opened to let some cool air in during the night. Curtains cannot be closed properly during the day. As a result, the room was very hot the whole time I was there, day and night. I simply could get a good nights sleep.
To make it worse, there is no fridge in the room meaning that I couldn't even have a cold drink.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel in summer months. It might be ok during cooler months.
