This is my favorite hotel in all of Europe where they treat me like a Prince and always obtain perfect seats for performances such as the opera and the not to be missed St. Charles Cathedral for a Vivaldi concert. I had missed seeing the Crown Jewels as they were closed on Tuesday. Right across the road was the museum which housed Egyptian artifacts which more than made up for missing the Crown Jewels.
No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful property and all staff were so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is great, easy walking to main part of town.
This hotel has a great facade, but for the rating and price point it is lacking.
The room was comfortable and well appointed, but the air conditioning was noisy.
Had a drink at the bar, ordered a Martini, was served a Vodka with an olive.
Breakfast was part of the tariff, first day no-account put-on table just gave room No. (which is usual everywhere). Last day account put on table before even completed breakfast. When asked about account being put table, abrupt response, I know you don't need to pay just sign the slip. Had to email to have account finalized and hold on credit card rectified. Very Disappointed.
