Great room with high ceiling and very comfortable bed. Bathroom great and temperature control good. Location perfect and beautiful right at the edge of the park. People lovely incl the breakfast experience.
There was a second front entrance near the main entrance, but it was never attended and I was never informed that it was actually the better entrance for my room, avoiding extra sets of stairs up and down.
However, I felt a bit insecure whenever I used it as there was no security there, so anyone could enter the hotel there and access the entire building and all floors without being stopped.

The suite was fantastic and the Hotel staff amazing we celebrated our Ruby wedding anniversary at the hotel restaurant. We were treated as special gusts by all the staff on the day of the anniversary. The meal was made special for us by the restaurant staff especially Andrew who looked after us and made our celebration very special.

Location was great and staff was very hospitable and friendly
The room furniture is old, the carpeting is full of dust and old style. Really disappointed by the carpet and cleaning
