Très bel hôtel. Idéalement placé en centre ville au pied du tram.
Plus d'eau chaude le soir.

Location, helpful staff, breakfast, comfort, a spacious room, cleanliness and good sleep quality.
Nothing to report

Great central location, 10/10. Check in was a breeze, parking worked well (though you did have to pay). The hotel has a long history and is well maintained, perhaps a little dated but that is not a criticism.

Historic. Good location near Hauptplatz. Coffee maker in room
Rundown. Tiny cell like rooms. Heating-air conditioning device was present but the remote control device to operate it was missing. Drunks in alley screaming all night. Exceptionally uncomfortable bed.
