1. Staff: The highlight of Trident is its staff. They are welcoming, polite, helpful & very responsive. I was traveling alone & they did a welfare check on me to make sure I had returned safely to the hotel in the evening. 2. Gardens: Top marks to the horticulture team for maintaining exquisite gardens - they are a delight for a morning walk & evening stroll. The plants are beautifully maintained & looks lush. 3. Food: Breakfast & ala carte options were wonderful - tasty & huge portions. 4. The property is beautiful with its very own Bada mahal, sunset point, lake front, peacocks & oodles of walking space

1. Rooms: The rooms are a bit dated & were not entirely clean - there was a lot of dust in the corners, on tables, under the bed etc! 2. Hardware: My door lock wasnt working when I checked it - the staff did however get it fixed immediately! 3. Complimentary fruits in the room were old & unwashed. 4. Toiletries: They have large reusable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, body wash & moisturiser which were dirty & product seemed old. 5. The property gardens was rented out for a large function and the lawns were littered with plastic.

The smiley friendly staff really made this place. The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a good size, good nice and the pool area lovely.
