Stairs at the building entrance but the manager came down immediately and carried my trolley and soft bag upstairs with a smile

Amidst mixed reviews about locating the front door, we found this place with ease. We were greeted by the most friendly man who helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. He was incredibly helpful, assisting us with recommendations, and transport options to the airport. Anything we needed, he would go above and beyond to assist us without any hesitation! The rooms are spectular which so much character, and the cutest snacks upon arrival. The bathroom was fully equipped with more than enough toiletries. The location is superb as it is close to St Mark's square and many eateries. Unforunately we couldn't try the hotel restaurant but I have no doubt it is just as great as the hotel.

Our only thing was the rooms are not soundproof so we could hear a lot of chatter from the room next door until past midnight, which was a little tough given we had a 4am wake-up. But I do think if we had notified reception, they would have helped us out.

The location was great, the staff were very helpful and the bed was super comfy.
