It was clean and comfortable. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. The roof terrace was a bonus
The entrance was revolting and didn’t reflect the hotel rooms. The receptionist on departure completely indifferent.

Fantastic location. Fresh bedding and towels every day. Beautiful little roof top. Absolutely loved it.
Wouldn’t recommend for someone that’s not able to walk up a lot of stairs.

The owner is very friendly. The location is at the heart of Venezia. The owner was very helpful regarding where to visit, where to eat, etc.
Sharing the bathroom was not making us feel comfortable.
Lack of an elevator. Carrying our luggage to the 4th floor was a real torture.
We know the owner can not do anything regarding these problems. So we don't blame her.

Location was great
Bathroom outside of bedroom is awfully inconvenient , especially when doors lock so easily and if you get locked out you are in trouble since personnel is only at property at certain times of day
