The hotel is in a good location next door to a fabulous restaurant.
The rooftop pool was not operating which we were not informed about before booking.

location was excellent, staff were friendly. the bathroom was clean and convenient.
there was an unpleasant odor problem in the lobby. the furniture was too old and couch covers were all pretty dirty. the bed in the room was uncomfortable. I don’t think the owner understands the potential of this hotel.
