Great location away from the crowded areas , extremely peaceful place . Very close to central Barcelona great connectivity by Bus and Metro , very close to glorias ! Staff is excellent , David at the front desk was super helpful and very welcoming ! Rooms are wonderful and exceptionally well managed

Paula from the front desk was extremely warm and explained every detail with check-in and check-out. She saw my card, and the reaction was very adorable. She's also very polite to young travelers too.
When I'm checking out, the staff is a little cold compared to check-in.

The location is good and convenient
My complaints were never addressed! The tub did not drain and the tub was very slippery and needs mats for safety. I slipped inside thankfully I wasn’t injured. Recently had a knee replacement and the last thing I need is a fall. The conditions are not just unsafe for a person with a disability, but even for someone who is perfectly physically healthy. Also, there were no washcloths available, and I had to use hand towels to bathe with.
