Good location, you can walk or take a short bus ride to the O2 arena. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was alright, they had hot and cold food options.

Breakfast should of catered more for vegetarians and halal diets. And there was no omelette station even though its advertised on the website. No hotel phone and fridge in hotel rooms.

Good location for the 02. Staff on Reception were excellent (especially David). Hotel felt safe.

Cleaning staff were rude and for some reason unwilling to hand over sufficient replacement towels. Sofa bed was really too small for two teenagers.
