Close to gatwick airport, and they provide shuttle service. They tended to our special needs regarding room. The Indian resturant provides excellent, topnotch food!!
"Breakfast" is included. Dont get your hopes up on that one. If you are ok with starches ad sugers, and a black liquid supposed to be coffee, then everything is fine. If you hope for something that is actually food, this is not the place to get it. (But again, the night time restuarant is excellent)

Arrived very cold and radiator not working in the room but staff promptly brought me a freestanding one.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Ate a very delicious indian meal in their very clean and comfortable restaurant. Excellent waiter service.
Very handy shuttle bus service close to Gatwick Airport
It would be very convenient to be informed where the shuttle pick up is before arriving at the airport.
Very poor breakfast, ok if you like sweet pastries, which i don't.....couldn't even call it continental. Next stay I'll bring my own extra bits.

The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices to satisfy. It was good to have the airport shuttle to use & the gentleman who drove us to the airport was nice & friendly.

Staff were friendly and the restaurant served good food.
the room could have done with a lick of paint, shower hadn't been cleaned and some dust. The shuttle bus cost £15 which wasn't adverse on site and seeing it was 5 mins down the road seemed excessive.
