Excellent bed, very clean and very nice bathroom
The address on the website and physical address are different and there is no sign on the outside to say you have the right place. I had to phone which is not easy because the number is not on the site, I had to go through booking.com contact to speak to the office site reception to direct me to the door and let me in.

An absolute must-stay for anyone visiting London, especially after a long-haul flight! You simply won't find this kind of quality, comfort, and convenience anywhere in central London. 10/10 – Great job!
The contactless check-in was seamless, and they were instantly responsive to every single email I sent. The follow-up from the manager was truly impressive. Getting there from the airport is very easy, and the location is super convenient—right opposite a bus stop and very close to a mini-market. Best of all, the place was spotlessly clean!
Compared to hotels in central London, this place is by far superior in every way!

Location is convenient when travelling to Gatwick airport. Easy to access out of hours the staff contacted me to check on my arrival. They were very helpful with directions and options for transfers to North Terminal. The room was clean and great value for money.

Useful location for a work event I needed to attend.
Possibly the oddest place I have ever stayed. It was very odd to have a microwave, toaster etc but no plates, cutlery, glassware etc.
Whilst it was fine, as a solo female traveller I felt unsafe.
