Great location, right on the high street with a good amount of private parking. Beer garden on the front was beautiful and a great way to unwind after a day. We were able to enjoy some sun and people watch!
Restaurant at the hotel was excellent; great food and service. Hotel itself was clean with charming and eclectic decor and loved the molton brown products in the bathroom
Would have been nice to have a hair conditioner along with the shampoo
Room was nicely decorated, but cluttered. One less chair and some counter space on the furniture would have been nice.
Bed and pillows were extremely soft, which wasn't the most comfortable, but this is a matter of preference!

The front patio was a delightful place to sit and enjoy some sun.

Initially presents nicely but the room was tired and was woken when someone in a nearby room ran a tap. Staff were unfriendly at best rude at worse. One of the most expensive hotels I’ve stayed at but worse quality
