This hotel in Seville was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.
We were genuinely happy with every aspect of our stay. Everything was simply excellent, and we have the loveliest memories of both the hotel and our time in Seville.
If we ever return to Seville, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for making our trip even more special!
Nothing.

The architecture and history of the building, friendliness of staff, extensive luxury in the room, very helpful in extra stuff like luggage storage or valet parking
Staff was a bit slow here and there, including an hour waiting before we could enter our room (yes we got a nice drink in the garden), and also when we were sitting in the bar or restaurant it sometimes seemed that staff didn't notice us (but again, always very friendly when they did notice)

Good location.
This is not a 5 star hotel, which I should have spotted by it operating under the name of ‘Cool Rooms’.
Staff, whilst friendly, are not trained or managed to operate at this level & we received very poor service.
Pillows were of very poor quality.
Internet quality in room was intermittent.
Bar area was disappointing and lacked any atmosphere (a proper barman/woman would help).
The grandeur of the Palacio flatters to deceive.
