buffet breakfast was great beds comfy satff helpful
we had an adjoining door in our room which unlocked from our side we opened it and a dog started barcking at us it might have been satff accomodation nothing on door to say do not open etc

Easy to find. On site parking (complimentary) and a surprisingly good choice at breakfast.
One member of staff stood out in particular - a young lady called Megan who not only checked us in but helped with advice for a taxi, was there for breakfast the next day, checked us out AND remembered the reason for our trip. All with a smile and a very polite manner - she deserves a special mention.
Lack of air con in the room. It we had been pre warned so knew to expect warmth.

Breakfast was excellent, room, and staff were exceptionally attentive.
But I signed in to your parking for my. 2 day stay and I received 2 parking fines for £100 for both the days. I STAYED TOTALING £200. This is not acceptable. Please rectify
this matter .
Your car parking partner's are rip. of merchants and I will not be staying at your hotel again and I will let people know why.
I asked Beata if I had to sign in again if I. Went out in my car and she replied no.
