This is my favorite place to stay in London. The location is fantastic - close to the river and central without being loud. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Close by to multiple train and bus stations.
I have been staying here for years but the price keeps going up and is almost to the point of prohibitive for me :(

It seemed like a good location to the tube and famous sites.
Upon entering we were informed there was no safe in our room and not to leave valuables in our room. This made us feel very unsafe. Later in front of the hotel a woman staying at the hotel had her phone stolen out of her hands. She was very upset and the only comfort the employees offered was to call the police because it happens all the time. I was immediately glad that was my last day there. The accommodations were very limited and the room was extremely small. I was very disappointed I booked this hotel.
